JOURNALS PUBLICATION ACCESS POLICY
There is no limitation on volume and terms of publications for reproducing in any media the information from RSUTS Publisher official website, other websites placing the materials of published journals, including the groups in the social media, services for archiving, repositories (Facebook, Calameo, eLibrary etc.).
We allow free reproduction of the journal materials for personal purposes and for informational, scientific, study or cultural purposes in accordance with Articles 1273 and 1274 Chapter 70 Part IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The only provision is to cite the original source of the information – citing the bibliometric data of a certain publication in the journal with a compulsory mentioning of its authors, full name of the journal, when borrowing the information from the website – links to the website and/or indication of the journal publisher Russian State University of Tourism and Service (RSUTS).
Full text files of all journal issues are available for public on the website and partner websites. Electronic versions of the journals are considered the publication with public access for readers.
The publications in all RSUTS Publisher journals are available under license Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0).
The materials published in the journals directly or through the partners (for example public access library CiberLeninka) are exported to public international repositories of scientific information.
Do you charge a fee for access to the materials located on the website, including to the electronic copies of the articles published in the journals? NO!
Do you charge a fee for publication of the author materials on the website? NO!
Do you charge authors for an opportunity to place their articles in public access? NO!
Do the published journals have the rejection policy for any groups of authors (for example, authors from the developing countries)? NO!
