The RSUTS Publisher aims at all times to follow the principles of publicity, implement high ethical and professional international standards. For this purpose, we implement the constant monitoring policy of the editorial ethics that is an important aspect of our editorial and expert activity. With all available means we strive to react against plagiarism and unethical manifestations in publications, incorrect and falsified “research.” All manuscripts received by the editor's office are subject to peer review based on the bilateral blind peer reviewing, to check for plagiarism, compliance of the author's ethics. The editorship implemented and applied the provisions of the International Practice on the ethics of editing, peer reviewing, publishing and authorship of scientific publications, developed by the Guideline of the Committee of Publication Ethics (COPE) and Elsevier Publisher. This Guideline shall be binding for the members of the editorial board and editorship, editors, reviewers, experts, and authors of the journals.
